About Pinkys Pastries

It all started one summer, when we were enjoying an afternoon in the garden hosting a family BBQ. We had whipped up some homemade sausage rolls for the event, and they were an instant hit with the whole family. With the success of the sausage rolls within our family, we started making more and testing new flavours – asking friends and family alike to be our testers!

With a few careful tweaks, our base recipe was perfected. Family and friends were soon flocking to us to purchase our artisan sausage rolls, and who were we to deny them! We soon had a logo, and began selling our delicious sausage rolls across Corby, and it wasn’t long before we had expanded our horizons to include bakes, pastries, and bespoke platters and buffets.
